Stars Recall Pearson from Steelheads

The Texas Stars pull the trigger and recall forward Kaleb Pearson from the Idaho Steelheads, giving the undrafted Ontario grinder his long-awaited AHL debut after torching the ECHL with 36 points in 47 games this season. Pearson, who earned Rookie of the Month honors in January with a scorching 16 points in 10 games, signed his AHL deal last summer knowing this call-up was coming if he kept producing.
