Report Card: How Every NHL Team Graded Its 2026 Offseason

Every GM thinks they nailed the offseason in July, but the grades tell a different story. Bleacher Report has gone through all 32 rosters and handed out marks based on trades, free agent signings, and the moves teams didn't make.
