Rantanen's Olympic Injury Sidelines Stars' Leading Scorer

Mikko Rantanen's lower-body injury from Finland's Olympic semifinal loss to Canada will keep the Dallas Stars' leading scorer sidelined for at least the first couple of games as the team resumes its regular season. The 29-year-old alternate captain had been one of Finland's most dangerous offensive weapons at Milano Cortina 2026, leading all Finnish players with six points through five games before getting hurt in the third period of the heartbreaking 3-2 defeat.
