Kraken Sculpture Proposed for Port Orchard CEC

Port Orchard council eyes a massive Kraken sculpture for the waterfront side of their new Community Events Center, complete with an eight-foot head and tentacles stretching 10 to 15 feet high. They're pitching it as an interactive metal art piece that fans can touch, after nixing early play structure ideas over liability headaches.
