Crosby Faces Canes First Time Since Olympic Injury
Sidney Crosby steps back onto NHL ice tonight against the Carolina Hurricanes, marking his first game since that brutal lower-body hit in the Olympic semifinals derailed Canada's gold-medal hopes. The Penguins captain, who's been their leading scorer at age 38 with 59 points in 56 games, sat out at least four weeks on IR, forcing Pittsburgh to cling to their Metro Division spot without him.
