Can Braeden Cootes finally crack the NHL code?

Every organization has that prospect who's tantalizingly close to breaking through but keeps falling just short of consistent NHL deployment. Braeden Cootes represents that classic question mark for Vancouver - does he have what it takes to become a regular, or is he destined to bounce between the NHL and the minors?
